摘要
运用3D逆向技术,对门把手的曲面进行数据采集和点云处理,通过Geomagic DesignX进行逆向数字建模,重构3D数字模型。对重构后的曲面进行精度与质量分析,通过UG软件进行曲面优化并生成数控加工程序单。研究表明,逆向技术是产品实现再生设计与加工的重要手段,是提升质量和效率、增强设计能力、降低成本、缩短新产品的开发周期的先进技术。
This paper completes the data acquisition and the point cloud processing of the doorknob surface using3D technology.The reverse digital modeling is used to reconstruct the3D simulation model based on Geomagic DesignX.Then the precision and quality analyses of the surface reconstruction are carried.The surface is optimized using UG software,and NC program is generated.Studies have shown that reverse design is an important means of regeneration product design and processing,it can improve the quality and efficiency,and enhance the ability of design,reduce the cost,shorten new product development cycle.
