摘要
泌尿疾病患者不断增加,患者和家属期望值越来越高,我们通过分析科室护理特点和患者心理特点,使患者尽早康复。有了科学的分析,不但会提高我们的工作效率,也会加深我们对患者的了解和交流,提高患者满意度和护理质量。
Urinary disease patients are increasing,and the patient and family expectations are higher and higher.We enable patients to recover as soon as possible through the analysis of nursing characteristics in department of urology and psychological characteristics of patients.Scientific analysis will not only improve our work efficiency,but also deepen our understanding and exchange of patients,improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
