摘要
企业追求经济利益最大化,就要保证机械设备管理与维修精准化、体系化,使其最大程度的正常运转,为企业生存服务。分析了当前机械设备管理与维修现状,针对问题提出了相应对策;提出了建立健全企业点检管理制度,探讨了定人、定机和定岗的"三定制度"。为同行全面优化机械设备管理与维修水平、带来更大经济效益,具有参考价值。
Many enterprises ignore the management and maintenance of mechanical equipment in theexcess pursuit of economic benefits,resulting in multi-aspect hidden dangers.As per the principles andessences of the management and maintenance of mechanical equipment,the status quo is pointed out,andcorresponding countermeasures are put forward.Leaders in enterprises should lead all the staff to improvethe awareness of management and maintenance,as well as establish and improve the spot checkingmanagement principle,and carry out a three-adherence principle which adheres to person,machineand position,ultimately for a comprehensive optimization level for management and maintenance ofmechanical equipment.The above countermeasures will bring more economic benefits for the enterprise,and create greater social benefits for China,with a profound strategic significance.
