摘要
运动健身并非越多越好。大量研究显示过度运动可损伤身体多个器官和系统,造成免疫抑制、横纹肌溶解症甚至猝死。运动猝死有明显的性别、年龄、项目和季节差异,且与运动量密切相关。文章采用回顾性研究和前瞻性分析,结合近几年的新近研究成果,对过度运动对健康的影响作一阐述。
Physical fitness is not the more the better. A large number of studies show that overexercise can damage our organs and systems of the body, cause immunosuppression, rhabdomyolysis and even sudden death. There were significant differences in gender,age, sport item and season in exercise related sudden death, and it was closely related to the amount of exercise. This research use retrospective study and prospective analysis and combined with recent research achievements, discuss the influences of the overexercise on the health.
