摘要
目的:研究护理干预对食管癌放疗患者进食疼痛的影响。方法:收治食管癌放疗患者58例,随机平分为两组。对照组予以常规护理,干预组予以护理干预,比较两组患者进食疼痛症状以及护理满意度。结果:干预组轻度进食疼痛的例数明显多于对照组,干预组满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:实施护理干预对食管癌放疗患者进食疼痛有明显缓解作用,可提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on the pain of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:58 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given nursing intervention.We compared the two groups of patients with eating pain symptoms and nursing satisfaction.Results:The number of patients with mild eating pain in the intervention group were significantly more than those in the control group;the satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of nursing intervention on esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients with eating pain has a significant effect,which can improve the patients' nursing satisfaction.
