摘要
南山牧场是中国南方独特的天然草场，气候温凉，年平均气温11.2℃，最热月7月平均气温为18.4℃，极端最高气温26.8℃，最冷月1月平均气温2.2℃，极端最低气温-16.0℃。荷斯坦奶牛耐寒怕热，适宜温度为11~16℃，适宜在南山养殖。对南山牧场气候与荷斯坦奶牛泌乳量的关系进行了研究。结果表明：产奶量高峰值在6月，产奶量低值出现在10月，每头奶牛年产奶量可达6900.1kg，比冷水江市奶牛的年产奶量高3349.5kg，超出了1.06倍，达到了全国黑白花奶牛年产奶量的较高水平。
Nanshan pasture was a unique natural grassland in southern China, the climate was warm and cool, and the annual averagetemperature was 11.2 ℃ , the average temperature of the hottest month July was 18.4 ℃ , the maximum temperature was 26.8 ℃ , the averagetemperature of the coldest month January was 2.2℃ , the extreme minimum temperature was -16.0℃ . The Holstein cows were good at coldresistantbut afraid hot temperature, the suitable temperature was 11-16℃ , suitable for farming in the Nanshan. The relationship betweenclimate of Nanshan pasture and milk yield of Holstein cows were studied. The results showed that: the peak of milk production was inJune, the low milk yield value was occurred in October, with an annual output of 6900.1 kg and 3349.5 kg higher than Lengshuijiang dairycattle annual milk production, exceeded 1.06 times, reached a high level of national annual milk production of dairy cattle.
