摘要
目的:探讨外科手术治疗浆细胞乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:收治浆细胞乳腺炎患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组给予乳管镜介入治疗,观察组给予外科手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科手术治疗浆细胞乳腺炎的临床效果显著,术后复发率较低。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of surgery in the treatment of plasmacellular mastitis.Methods:120 cases of patients with plasmacellular mastitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given fiberoptic ductoscopy interventional therapy.The observation group was given surgical treatment.The curative effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgery in the treatment of plasmacellular mastitis had significant clinical effect and lower recurrence rate.
