Clinical efficacy of combination of tacrolimus ointment and short-term use of desonide cream for facial seborrheic dermatitis

摘要目的:评价并比较应用他克莫司软膏联合短程地奈德乳膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取64例面部脂溢性皮炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。观察组:患者前5d先后外涂0.05%地奈德乳膏与0.03%他克莫司软膏,早晚各1次,5d后单独使用他克莫司;对照组:单独外用0.03%他克莫司软膏,2次/d。在治疗后的第1、2、4、6周各复诊1次,记录评分及不良反应。结果:观察组患者第1、2周临床症状改变与对照组比较,症状总评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第4、6周两组患者症状总评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗第1、2周2例患者出现用药部位灼热刺痛感,对照组在治疗前2周5例患者出现用药部位瘙痒和皮肤潮红,药量减少后症状逐渐消失。结论:采用他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎,与单独使用他克莫司软膏相比,效果好、起效时间短,且不良反应小。 Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment and short-termuse of desonide cream for facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Sixty-four patients of facial seborrheic dermatitis wereenrolled,and randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the study group were advised to use 0.05%desonide cream firstly and then to apply 0.1% tacrolimus ointment,twice daily. Five days later,desonide cream was discontinuedand only tacrolimus ointment was used twice daily.Patients in the control group were advised to use tacrolimus ointmentonly,twice daily. The efficacy and safety were evaluated 1,2,4,6 weeks later. Results One week, 2 weeks after the treatment,there were significant differences between the study group and the control group in the clinical total score (P <0.05). But after 4weeks treatment, the clinical total score of two groups had no significant difference (P >0.05). Adverse events of burning wereobserved in 2 patients in the study group and 5 patients in the control group. It could relieve after less use of the ointment.Conclusion In the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis, the combination of tacrolimus ointment and esonide cream haslong clinical remission period, low recurrence rate, and less adverse reactions.
