血清胱抑素C、尿β_2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白与百草枯中毒肺纤维化关系的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨急性百草枯中毒(APP)早期(24 h)血清胱抑素C(Scys C)、尿β_2微球蛋白(尿β_2-MG)、尿微量白蛋白(尿mALB)与肺纤维化关系。方法:收治APP患者20例,依据发病30 d肺CT结果分为肺纤维化组与无肺纤维化组,比较两组患者入院24 h Scys C、尿β_2-MG、尿mALB差异性。结果:肺纤维化组与无肺纤维化组24 h Scys C、尿β_2-MG、尿mALB差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Scys C、尿β_2-MG、尿m ALB可能均是百草枯中毒早期(24h)预测肺纤维化的良好指标。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C(ScysC)and urineβ2 microglobulin(urinaryβ2-MG),microalbuminuria(urinary mALB) at early stage of acute paraquat poisoning(24 h)and pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:200 patients with APP were selected.according to the 30 days of lung CT results they were divided into the pulmonary fibrosis group and the non pulmonary fibrosis group.we compared the differences of 24 h ScysC,urinaryβ2-MG,urinary mALB after patients admitted to hospital.Results:There was a significant difference between the 24 h ScysC,urinaryβ2-MG and urinary mALB in the pulmonary fibrosis group and the non pulmonary fibrosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ScysC,urinaryβ2-MG and urinary mALB may all be good indicator of early stage(24 h)prediction of pulmonary fibrosis induced by paraquat poisoning.
