摘要
目的:探讨氨氯地平联合缬沙坦改善高血压左心室舒张功能的作用以及超声心动图评估左心室舒张功能的临床价值。方法:收治原发性高血压患者140例,随机分为两组,对照组给予缬沙坦,试验组在对照组基础上联合左旋氨氯地平治疗。结果:治疗1个月后收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),3个月后降低得得更明显,而且试验组降压效果较对照组明显(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,试验组Em/Am、Em高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,试验组LAVI低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平联合缬沙坦对原发性高血压降压效果明显,治疗1个月即可观察到舒张功能的逆转,其中Em、Em/Am最早反映舒张功能的改善。
Objective:To investigate the effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in improving the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension and to evaluate the clinical value of echocardiography in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function.Methods:140 patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with valsartan,while the experimental group were treated with amlodipine on the basis of the control group.Results:After 1 months of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.01);after 3 months,the reduction was more obvious,and the effect of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 months of the treatment,the Em and Em/Am of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of the treatment,the LAVI of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension antihypertensive is obvious.We can observe the reversal of diastolic function after 1 month of the treatment.The Em/Am,Em reflect the improvement of diastolic function firstly.
