摘要
目的:研究肾囊肿患者采用腹腔镜和开放性肾囊肿去顶术的治疗效果。方法:收治肾囊肿患者120例,分两组,对照组与观察组分别实施开放性肾囊肿去顶术治疗与腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗。结果:观察组的术中出血量、住院时间以及术后下床时间,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生存质量评分,明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:与开放性相比,腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术对肾囊肿的治疗效果显著,具有创伤性小、术后恢复时间短以及生存质量高等优势。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and open renal cyst unroofing in patients with renal cyst.Methods:120 patients with renal cyst were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group and the observationgroup were treated with open renal cyst unroofing resection and laparoscopic renal cyst respectively.Results:The amount ofbleeding,hospitalization time and time to get out of bed after surgery of patients in the observation group were significantly betterthan the control group(P<0.05).The survival quality score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher thanthat in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic renal cyst has a significant effect on thetreatment of renal cysts,which has the advantages of less trauma,shorter recovery time and higher quality of life.
