摘要
目的:探讨终末期肾脏病患者肾移植后血清Chemerin浓度变化及其临床意义。方法:收治终末期肾脏病行肾移植患者25例作为试验组,选取25例健康志愿者作为对照组。检测试验组肾移植前、肾移植后、对照组血清Chemerin、肌酐等。结果:肾移植前Chemerin水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾移植后Chemerin浓度明显低于肾移植前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾移植前血清肌酐水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾移植后血清肌酐水平显著低于肾移植前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:终末期肾病患者血清Chemerin浓度在肾移植后趋于正常水平。血清Chemerin浓度降低程度与血清肌酐水平降低程度呈正相关。
Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum Chemerin concentration in patients withESRD after kidney transplant.Methods:25 cases of patients with end-stage renal disease after kidney transplant were as theexperiment group,and 25 healthy volunteers were as the control group.The serum Chemerin,creatinine and etc of the experimentgroup before and after kidney transplant and the control group were detected.Results:The level of Chemerin in the before KTgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level ofChemerin in the after KT group was significantly lower than that of the before KT group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The serum creatinine level of the before KT group was significantly higher than that of the control group,andthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum creatinine level of after KT group was significantly lower than thatof before KT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum Chemerin concentration ofpatients with end-stage nephropathy after kidney transplant tended to normal level.The decreased concentration of serumChemerin was positively correlated with the decreased serum creatinine level.
