摘要
目的:探讨综合医院神经科眩晕患者的临床特点。方法:收治眩晕患者80例,设计好眩晕调查表,进行全面调查。结果:80例患者中眩晕病因及眩晕持续时间各不相同。中枢性眩晕15例,周围性眩晕65例。结论:综合医院神经科眩晕患者以周围性眩晕为主,良性阵发性位置性眩晕发病比例较高。
Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristics of patients with vertigo in department of neurology of general hospital.Methods:80 patients with vertigo were selected.The design of vertigo questionnaire to conduct a comprehensive investigation.Results:In 80 cases of vertigo patients,the etiology and duration of vertigo were different.15 cases were central vertigo,and 65cases were peripheral vertigo.Conclusion:In the general hospital,the patients with vertigo were mainly surrounded by vertigo,andthe incidence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was higher.
