摘要
目的:观察咪唑安定、芬太尼辅助硬膜外麻醉的效果。方法:收治硬膜外麻醉手术患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。观察组给予咪唑安定复合芬太尼进行麻醉,对照组给予静脉滴注氟芬合剂进行麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果:观察组镇静有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:咪唑安定联合芬太尼具有更好的镇静效果,能够达到更理想的麻醉作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of midazolam,fentanyl assisted epidural anesthesia.Methods:68 patients with epidural anesthesia operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The observation group was given midazolam combined with fentanyl for anesthesia.The control group was given intravenous innovar for anesthesia.The anesthesia effects of two groups were compared.Results:The sedation effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam combined with fentanyl has a better sedative effect.It can achieve better anesthetic effect.
