胃腺癌组织中调节性T细胞浸润及其分布与患者预后的关系

摘要 目的探讨胃腺癌组织中调节性T细胞(Tregs)的表达及其分布与患者预后的关系。方法选取该院收治且经病理学检查证实为胃腺癌的100例患者为观察对象,以叉头样转录因子3(Foxp3)作为Tregs标记,采用S-P法检测胃腺癌组织中Foxp3表达,结合随访资料分析胃癌组织中Tregs浸润数量及其分布与预后的关系。结果胃腺癌组织中Tregs数量为(8.21±3.28)个,明显多于癌旁组织的(2.07±0.14)个;癌间质中Tregs数量为(7.68±3.06)个,明显多于癌巢的(0.61±0.29)个;Tregs表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关。Foxp3阴性者中位生存期为(28.43±3.11)个月,明显长于Foxp3阳性者的(18.47±2.92)个月。结论胃腺癌组织中存在Tregs浸润且分布有差异,检测癌巢内浸润Tregs的水平有助于判断患者预后。
