摘要
目的:观察中医整骨法治疗小儿尺桡骨双骨折的疗效。方法:本研究对象选取2012年1月-2014年6月100例四肢骨干骨折患儿,根据随机数字表法分成切开复位组和中医整骨组。其中切开复位组患儿行切开复位治疗,中医整骨组患儿行中医整骨法治疗。对比两组患儿对位优良率、腕关节优良率、前臂旋转优良率、骨折愈合时间。结果:经过数据统计发现,中医整骨组对位优良率、腕关节优良率、前臂旋转优良率明显高于切开复位组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。中医整骨组骨折愈合时间明显短于切开复位组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医整骨法治疗小儿尺桡骨双骨折的疗效确切,有利于缩短骨折愈合时间,促进骨折对位良好,改善腕关节和前臂旋转功能,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of TCM osteopathy in treating children ulna and radius fracture. Method: 100children patients with limb fracture, who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014, were randomly dividedinto surgical reduction group and TCM osteopathy group. The surgical reduction group received surgical reduction treatment while TCMosteopathy group received TCM osteopathy treatment. The excellent rate of good apposition, excellent rate of wrist joint, excellent rate offorearm rotation and fracture healing time of children patients in two groups were compared. Results: Statistics showed that the excellentrate of good apposition, excellent rate of wrist joint and excellent rate of forearm rotation of TCM osteopathy group were significantlybetter than that of the surgical reduction group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fracturehealing time of TCM osteopathy group were significantly less than that of the surgical reduction group, the difference between two groupswas statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM osteopathy had good therapeutic effects in treating children ulna and radiusfracture, it could shorten the fracture healing time, promote good apposition and enhance the function of wrist joint and forearm rotation,therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
