摘要
麦草在氮气存在下 ,在管式炉中进行热解。热解液体产物经一系列的冷凝器和冰水浴收集 ;碳单独收集 ;气体则以排水法收集。反应产物得率明显受工艺条件的影响。热解液体产物得率在 5 0 0℃时达到最大。热解液体产物的结构和组成通过傅立叶红外光谱。
Wheat straw was pyrolysed in a tube furnace with nitrogen as the fluidising gas. The liquid products (bio-oil) of pyrolysis were collected in a series of condenser and ice-cooled traps. The char and gases were also collected separately. The yield of products were found to be significantly influenced by the process conditions. The liquefied products were analyzed by Fouried Transform infra-red(FTIR) spectroscopy and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) techniques.
