摘要
以《国际海上避碰规则》为依据,以船长专家对规则的解释和驾驶员的实践经验为基础,应用运动学原理及平面解析几何的知识,基于雷达和AIS提供的信息,导出安全会遇距离的数学模型,并以此为基础提出紧迫局面距离和最晚施舵时机的确定方法该研究对船舶自动避碰决策的形成具有实用价值.
According to International Regulations for Preventing Collision at Sea,on the basis of which the expert and captain explained to regulation and the experience of the navigator, applying the principle of kinematics and the knowledge of the plane analytic geometry, and also base on the information provided by RADAR and AIS (Automatic Identification System ) AIS, the mathematical model for safe distance of approach is exported in this paper. Also in accordance with this basis, the methods for determination of the distance of close quarter situation and the last ppportunity of steering rudder are put forward. It is a basic study and also a practical value for the formation of the decision of ship automatic avoidance collision.
