摘要
论述了设立我国基础设施投资基金的必要性及可行性。对投资基金的发起方式、组织形式、基金规模、资金来源及资本结构和投资方向选择等进行了讨论 ,并对发展我国基础设施投资基金提出了建议。
With an analysis of the necessity and possibility of setting up infrastructure-investment-fund, the author discusses its operational modes in detail, including the building modes, organization form, scale, resources of fund, capital structure, and the direction of investment. Then, the author makes a suggestion for developing infrastruture-investment-fund and a new approach to compensate the capital shortage of infrastructure construction in China.
