摘要
本文给出两种Ti-Ta吸气丝的SIMS分析,比较其结果,对其吸气性能的差异予以讨论,指出其中一种Ti-Ta吸气丝吸气性能差的原因。
The results of SIMS analysis of two kinds of Ti-Ta gettering wi- res are given in the paper.The gettering characteristics are compared and discussed.
