摘要
                
                    比色法测定乳粉中乳糖含量与Lane—Eynon法进行了比较。两种测定方法所得的结果不存在差异(α= 0.05)。比色测定时线性关系较好(γ=0.9629),其回收率(99.38%~100.67%)和精密度(Cv=0.65%)均较满意,重现性较Lane—Eynon法明显提高,具有操作简便、耗样量少及精确度高等优点。
                
                Determining milk sugar in the milk product by Folin-Wu method compared with Lane—Eynon method. Folin Wu method compared with Lane  Eynon method havent difference (α=0.05). The result shows a good linear relation (γ=0.9629). Its retriere ratio is 99.38% to 100.67%, precision (Cv=0.65%),both us satisfied it. Repeat appear dear raise.
