摘要
目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年12月在徐州市第一人民医院治疗的62例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、日常生活活动评估量表(ADL)及简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.77%,30/31)明显高于对照组(77.42%,24/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(6.45%,2/31)低于对照组(25.81%,8/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ADL评分、MMSE评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年痴呆患者采取盐酸多奈哌齐治疗可改善患者精神状态,提高其日常生活能力,且安全性高,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride on Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Sixty-two senile dementia patients treated in Xuzhou First People’s Hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,ADL and MMSE scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.77%,30/31)was higher than that of the control group(77.42%,24/31),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.45%,2/31)was lower than that in the control group(25.81%,8/31),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The ADL score and MMSE score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Donepezil hydrochloride can improve the mental state and their daily living ability of senile dementia patients.And it has high safety and popularization value.
