摘要
在对比研究大型浮选柱内矿浆液位检测技术和分析液面特征的基础上 ,提出一种新型的分布式电导液位检测方法 ,它巧妙地克服了传统检测方法遇到的矿浆波动、温度变化和矿浆密度变化等困难 ,提高了液位检测的准确性和可靠性 ,并为从整体上研究煤泥的特性提供了新的思路 .
Based on the analysis of conductance feature of the slurry and comparatively study of the examination techniques of the slurry level in a large scale column flotation, this paper exploits a novel distributed conductance sensor to examine the slurry level. With a high accuracy and reliability, this method overcomes those problems such as the effects of slurry waving, the temperature varying and the slurry density varying, and gives a new way of study of the feature of the coal slurry in column flotation.
