摘要
基于通用的列车运动方程 ,建立了牵引力测试的加速度法。阐述了牵引力与列车加速度及列车阻力之间的关系。推荐的加速度测试法比传统的动力计法更能适用于动车组、市郊列车和地铁列车。加速度测试法的先决条件是确定列车基本阻力、回转质量系数和列车质量 ,而其测试关键是列车加速度的测定。文章就加速度测试法的测试精度做了分析计算和探讨。推荐的加 (减 )速度法的原则已经用于列车阻力与闸瓦摩擦系数的测试 。
Based on the general equation of train mot io n,the acceleration testing method for tractive effort measurement is establishe d. The relation between the tractive effort, train acceleration and train resist ance is described. The proposed acceleration testing method is more suitable to the multiple unit trains (emu or dmu), suburban trains and subway trains than th e existing traditional dynamometer method. The precondition of the acceleration testing method is the determination of the train resistance, rotary mass coeffic ient and train mass.The crucial test is measurement of train acceleration. The relative analysis, calculation and research of testing precision are made. T he principle of suggested acceleration (or deceleration) testing method has been used in the determination of train resistance and friction coefficient of brake shoes and is applicable for braking force measurement of any kind of braking sy stem.
