摘要
目的 :模拟生理条件研究了稀土离子 (Ⅲ )与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)的结合性质。方法 :试验了牛血清白蛋白同钐 (Ⅲ )、铕 (Ⅲ )离子形成的配合物的荧光光谱分析。结果 :Sm3+与BSA形成2 .5∶1的配合物 ,条件常数lgK =11.0 0。Eu3+与BSA形成 2 .75∶1的配合物 ,条件常数lgK =12 .2 6。
Objective:Simulating the physiological condition,a research about the combined properties of the rare earth ion(Ⅲ) and BSA was made.Method:An experiment of the fluorescence spectrum analysis was made,about which the coordinated compound formed by BSA Samarium(Ⅲ) and BSA Europium(Ⅲ).Result:Two coordinated compound were formed,one with the proportion of the S 3+ m and BSA 2.5∶1,the conditional constant lgK=11.00;The other with the propertion of the Eu 3+ and BSA 2.75∶1,the conditional constant lgK=12.26.
