摘要
Based on the summary of and practice of maintaining the feature of internationalization and industrialization for staff team in School of Software at Harbin Institute of Technology,this paper analyzes the potential advantageous and disadvantageous factors,puts forward a new way of solving the problem,and analyzes the feasibility and the subsistent advantages and disadvantages of this way.
