摘要
在分析国际贸易和跨国公司投资理论变迁，世界贸易组织（ＷＴＯ）和我国政策变化的基础上，结合广东的情况。
Under the transition of theory of international trade and multinational enterprise investment, changed of the policy of the WTO and our government, this paper suggests developing OpenAgriculture with foreign direct investment. with this idea, the author analyses the conditions of our country and Guangdong province, gives the opinions on how to develop OpenAgriculture.
