产地蜜源植物花蜜及土壤与所产蜂蜜中矿质元素相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定蜂蜜、花蜜、土壤中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn 7种矿物质元素含量,分析蜂蜜与其原产地蜜源植物花蜜和土壤中矿质元素的相关性。结果表明:研究的两种不同类型的蜂蜜中7种矿质元素含量存在差异,其中K元素含量极高,不同蜜源的蜂蜜与原产地蜜源植物花蜜、土壤中多种矿质元素之间相关性显著,为利用蜂蜜中微量特征成分来分析蜂蜜质量与蜂蜜产地的研究提供理论依据。 Seven mineral elements(K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn) in honey,soil and nectar were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FASS),and analyzed the correlation among soil,honey and nectar.The results showed that seven mineral elements contents in two different types of honey were different.K element content was extremely high.The correlation of several mineral elements between two types of honey and the honey origin of plant nectar and soil were significant.It offers a theoretical basis of research by using a characteristic component trace quantities in honey to analyze the quality of honey and the origin of honey.
