摘要
通过不同醇溶剂浓度、不同提取时间、不同提取温度、不同料液比、不同提取级数对蜂胶醇溶剂多级提取正交试验,以总黄酮、总提取得率、重金属为检测指标,结果表明最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度80%,料液比1:6,提取温度40℃,提取时间48 h,提取两次,总提取得率达35～45%,提取物黄酮含量达25.4%,提取物铅含量低于0.07μl/L。
By different alcohol concentration,different extraction time,different extraction temperature,different solid-liquid ratio,different extraction series with multi-level alcohol solvent for propolis extract of orthogonal test, take the total flavonoids,the total extraction yield and heavy metals as a detection index,The results show that the best processing is alcohol concentration 80%,solid-liquid ratio 1:6,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 48h, after extracting two times,the total extraction yield reach 35～45%,the flavonoids in extract reach 25.4%,the lead in extract below 0.07μl/L.
