摘要
本文围绕现代饲料安全的概念和饲料安全中的标准化问题进行了讨论 ,指出了现代饲料安全与饲料卫生之间的差异 ,同时说明了饲料安全是现代生物安全的一个重要分支 ,饲料安全的主要内容涉及动物、人类和环境 ,饲料安全的核心是安全评估和风险控制。随着我国经济体制由计划调节向市场调节的过渡 ,我国相关标准、规范和法规亟待修订、制订和完善。另外 ,我们应积极研究讨论与饲料安全相关的“绿色”、“无公害”、“有机”等多种标准间的关系 ,并且统一到“安全”上来 ,制订出同一个“安全标准”。切实加强科学研究 ,避免炒作概念 ,使我国饲料安全标准具有科学性、实用性和先进性。通过广泛宣传、政策引导和科学管理 ,切实改善我国饲料质量 ,提高畜产品质 。
This paper discussed the new concept of feed safety and safe standard. It also pointed out the difference between feed safety and feed hygiene. The feed safety was one of important branches of modern biology safety. The main contents of feed safety were animal health, human health and environment health. The key of feed safety was safe evaluation and risk control. As the economic system of China was transformed from planning economy to marketing economy, the relative standards and laws need to be formula ted, repaired and maintained urgently. Meanwhile, we should study and discuss the relationship between the standards of green, safe and organic actively. And we should unify the different concept of standard to the 'safe', work out the same safe standard. We should strengthen research work practically and revise the original standards so as to make them to be scientific, practical and modernized. By way of wide propaganda, lead of policy and scientific management, improve the quality of feed and animal products and enhance the animal industry practically.
