企业特定优势(FSA)的建立与转移对跨国公司的成功至关重要,本文在比较跨国公司海外子公司角色变化的基础上,探讨了海外子公司角色转变对跨国公司企业特定优势形成与扩散模式的影响,以及发挥子公司能力与学习的重要性和支持因素。
Intra -firm FSA(Firm -specific Advantage)creation and diffusion is important to the success of MNE.Based on a comparative analysis of th e changing roles of subsidiary in recent years,this paper discusses its i n-fluence on FSA,the importance of leveraging the competencies and learni ng of subsidiaries and its supportiv e factors.
