摘要
介绍一种将石蜡组织块通过简单的处理转制成透射电镜树脂包埋块的方法 ,并结合实践对透射电镜样品制作过程中的一些问题进行了讨论。对改制样品的电镜观察显示 ,组织和细胞的超微结构能够完整保留 ,电镜下图像清晰 ,可以满足病理诊断和病程鉴定之用。
A biological specimen method for paraffin block changing into embedding media material for Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) has been described. The ultrastructure of tissues and cells is well preserved. We also discussed some problems in the procedures of preparing specimen in detail in this paper.
