摘要
对自制的法莫替丁颗粒剂在１０名健康人体内的药动学进行了研究，以ＨＰＬＣ法测定体内血药浓度，用＂ＰＫＢＰ－ＮＩ＂药动学程序处理数据。结果表明：本品的吸收半衰期为１．０４±０．４５ｈ，血药浓度峰值为１０５．２±３５．９μｇ·Ｌ－１，相对于片剂的生物利用度为１．００２±０．０６１，可认为颗粒剂与片剂基本等效。
The article describes an initial investigation of pharmacokinetics of Famotidine granules developed by the authors, in ten healthy human bodies using HPLC methods to determine blood level inside the human body and using PKBP-Ni pharmacokinetics procedure to process data. The results show that the absorption half life period of the drug is 1.04±0.45 h, it peak value of blood level is 105.2±35.9 ng·ml-1,and its bioavailability is 1.002±0.061 in comparison with the drug in the form of tablets.indicating the effect of granules is basically equivalent to that of tablets.
