摘要
只有语言,没有文学,这是当前外语教学普遍关注的问题.诗歌翻译和欣赏无疑是学习文学的重要手段.本文通过剖析现行通用教材中加入的两首英诗的汉译,指出大学英语在诗歌教学方面几乎是盲区,有待全面改进和提高.
Only presentating language system but no literature is a commonly concerned problem in the current foreign language teaching. Poem translation and appreciation is no doubt an important means in learning literature. This thesis, by analysing the Chinese translation of two English poems adopted in two major sets of College English courses in current use, points out that poem translation is almost a 'blank zone' in the present College English Teaching and it needs all-round improvement.
