摘要
花椒枯梢病是陇南、天水山区花椒枝条上发生的一种新病害 ,引起大量嫩梢枯死。对该病的危害情况及病原菌的分生孢子萌发特性、侵染循环、防治方法作了初步研究。结果表明 ,其病原为一种茎点菌 (Phoma sp.)。分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为 15~ 2 5℃ ,比菌丝体生长适温范围窄。菌丝体和分生孢子器在病组织中越冬 ,每年 5月份当气温回升 ,湿润多雨时 ,分生孢子借风雨传播 ,散落在破伤、有分泌物的枝条上萌发 ,引起初次侵染。在生长季节可多次再侵染。该病的发生与虫害、气候、栽培管理、品种等多种因素有关 。
The pathogen was identified to be Phoma sp.. The suitable temperature for conidium germination is 15 25 ℃, narrower than that for the mycelium. Both the mycelium and the conidium overwinter in the diseased tissue, and the conidium spreads with the help of the wind and rain in May, when the air temperature goes up and rainfall and humidity increase, falling onto the damaged, sticky shoots, where germination begins, causing the first infection. It can re infect the plant many times during the growing season. Such factors as pest damage, climate, cultural technique, and cultivar converge to the outbreak of the disease.
