摘要
目的 研究贝复济(bFGF)对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的治疗效果。方法 将121例轻型口疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组63例,用bFGF局部喷洒溃疡面;对照组58例,用0.2％洗必泰溶液喷溃疡面。实验过程中采用双盲法。结果 治疗组和对照组3天有效率分别为90.48％和60.34％,有显著差异(P<0.05);同时,治疗组的溃疡平均愈合时间也显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 bFGF对轻型口疮型ROU有显著疗效。
Objective To study the effect of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) on Recurrent Oral Ulcer (ROU) . Methods 121 Patients with ROU (minor aphthous ulcer) were divided into two groups randomly . The treated group including 63 patients were treated with bFGF spray , which were sprayed locally on the ulcer surface : the control group including 58 patients were treated wyth chlohexidine solution with the consistency of 0.2% . Double blind methods was adopted during the course of experiment. Results In three days, the effective ratio of the treated group is 90.48% , while that of the control group is 60. 34% , there is a statistical significant difference between those two groups (P<0. 05): also , the average healing time of ulcer of the treated group is much shorter than that of the control group (P < 0. 05).
