摘要
对 2 0头青海杂种山羊电针百会、脾俞穴组后 ,对 4项血液指标进行了测定。结果表明 :电针山羊百会、脾俞穴组 ,对红细胞数无显著影响。针后 3 0min ,60min ,90min ,白细胞显著升高 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;其中嗜中性粒细胞比例升高 ,嗜酸性粒细胞和淋巴细胞比例下降 ,(均P <0 .0 1) ,其他白细胞比例无显著变化。针后 1h、6h、12h ,血沉加快 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。
Four blood indexes were determined after the baihui and pishu points group was stimulated with electro acupuncture in 20 Qinghai hybrid goats.The results showed that the electro acupuncture stimulation of the baihui and pishu points group effected not on the erythrocyte count;the leukocyte count increased significantly after 30,60 and 90 min with electro-acupuncture stimulation (P<0.05 or P<0.01);the proportion of neutrophil leukocyte increased,the proportion of eosinophil granulocyte and lymphocyte decreased (all P<0.01) and the proportion of other leukocyte was all undiversified after 30,60 and 90 min with electro acupuncture stimulation.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate got faster significantly after 1,6 and 12h with electro acupuncture stimulation (P<0.05 or P<0.01)
