摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的发展,大学生价值观容易受到腐朽思想的冲击,部分高校大学生对法律认识浅薄,很多高校不注重对学生的法律教育。这对构建社会主义和谐社会是极其不利的。因此,提升大学生的法律修养有助于帮助他们树立正确的世界观,价值观。而本文重在阐述当代大学生法律信仰缺失的现状、原因,提出树立和培养法律信仰的有效途径,旨在提高整个社会的法制意识,为建设法治国家作出一些力量。
With the development of socialist market economy,the values of col ege students are vulnerable to the impact of decadent ideas, some col ege students know shal ow on the law, do not pay attention to the legal education for students in many universities and col eges. This is extremely unfavorable to the construction of socialist harmonious society. Therefore, the improvement of legal accomplishment of col ege students can help them to establish correct world outlook, value outlook. This paper expounds the present situation, reasons and lack of legal faith of the contemporary col ege students, put forward the effective ways to establish and cultivate the legal belief,aiming to improve the legal consciousness of the whole society,make some strength for the construction of a country ruled by law.
