摘要
本文报导亚稳相α-Fe小晶粒和2Ha-NbSe_2的会聚束电子衍射(CBED~*)的初步研究结果。CBED与常规选区衍射(SAD^(**))相比有下列优点:空间分辨本领高(照射面积为几十nm至几nm),可用于小晶粒结构的研究;能充分揭示晶体的对称性,为测定空间群提供可能性。因而此技术在材料科学中有广泛的应用。在此,我们用CBED观察了从非晶态中析出的α-Fe小晶粒结构;并测定了2Ha-NbSe_2的带轴投影图。
The application of CBED in material science is illustrated by two examples.The advantages of CBED are the high spatial resolution of the convergent beam probe(a few tens nm or a few nm)and the symmetry of the convergent beam zone axis patterns.Thus crystallographic information from individual small crystallites embedded in a matrix can be obtained.Smallα-Fe crystallites precipitated from amorphous Tb-Fe films have been studied by this method.The symmetry aspect of CBED is illustrated by the zone axis patterns of 2Ha-NbSe2.
