摘要
针对2219铝合金筒形件的充液拉深成形,研究了模具参数对回弹的影响。采用ABAQUS IMPLICIT软件,对充液拉深成形过程进行有限元模拟,采用实体单元,板料采用1/32模型,选取不同的凸模圆角半径、凹模圆角半径和凸凹模间隙,给出预胀形压力和成形压力,模拟得到应力的分布及回弹。在此基础上,给出回弹随模具参数的变化规律。模拟结果表明:回弹随凸模圆角半径的增大而减小;随着凹模的圆角半径的增大,筒形件底部回弹角变小,法兰区凹模圆角中止处回弹略有增大;筒形件底部回弹角随凸凹模间隙的增大而变大,凸凹模间隙对法兰区凹模圆角中止处回弹的影响不大。
For the hydroforming of cylindrical part for 2219 aluminum alloy,the influences of die parameters on springback were investigated,and the hydroforming process was simulated by software ABAQUS IMPLICIT.Then,the pre-bulging pressure and forming pressure were given by adopting solid elements and 1/32 sheet model with different punch radius,die radius and clearance between punch and die,and the stress distribution and springback were simulated.On the basis of this,the changes of springback with the die parameters were given.The simulation results show that the springback of cylindrical part decreases with the increasing of punch radius,and with the increasing of die radius,the springback angle in the bottom of cylindrical part decreases,and the springback at the end of die radius in flange area slightly increases.Furthermore,the springback angle in the bottom of cylindrical part increases with the increasing of the clearance between punch and die,and the influence of clearance between punch and die on the springback at the end of die radius in flange area is little.
