摘要
目的分析评价血液病血小板输注的治疗效果。方法选择本院收治的99例血液病患者为研究主体。对其进行血小板输注治疗,对比输注前与输注后的治疗效果。结果输注1 h与24 h后的CCI和PPR均显著高于输注前(P<0.05)。体重>60 kg的输注有效率显著高于体重≤60 kg的输注有效率(P<0.05)。结论为血液病患者进行血小板输注治疗可取得较佳的治疗效果,应积极推广。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of platelet transfusion in hematological diseases. Methods Ninety-nine patients with hematological diseases admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Its platelet transfusion therapy,compared with the infusion before and after infusion of treatment. Results The CCI and PPR at 1 h and 24 h after infusion were significantly higher than those before infusion(P<0.05). The infusion efficacies of body weight>60 kg were significantly higher than those of body weight<60 kg(P<0.05). Conclusion Platelet transfusion therapy for patients with hematological diseases can achieve better therapeutic effect and should be actively promoted.
