摘要
目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎手术患者有效护理干预措施及护理效果。方法随机选取2015年8月—2017年8月进入江苏大学附属医院接受手术治疗的60例重症急性胰腺炎分为对照组、观察组,分别给予常规护理、综合护理,对比2组护理效果。结果观察组患者SAS、SDS评分下降程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有有效率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对重症急性胰腺炎患者实施手术治疗过程中同时配合综合护理干预,可使患者不良情绪得到有效缓解,促进治疗及护理效果得到显著提高。
Objective to investigate the severe acute pancreatitis patients with effective nursing intervention and nursing effect. Methods 60 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were randomly selected into the August 2015—2017 year in August received surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into control group,observation group were given routine nursing,comprehensive nursing,nursing effects were compared between the 2 groups. Results the patients in the observation group SAS,SDS score decreased significantly than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group total efficiency,nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion in the surgical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients In the process,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,the patient's bad mood can be effectively alleviated,and the effect of treatment and nursing can be improved remarkably
