摘要
目的探讨高碘对大鼠下腔静脉肝段内皮细胞活化的影响。方法选取Wistar大鼠40只,随机分成四组,各10只。给予对照A组碘含量为300μg/kg的正常饲料和碘含量为5μg/L自来水;给予对照B组碘含量为300μg/kg的偏食饲料和碘含量为5μg/L自来水;给予观察A组碘含量为300μg/kg的偏食饲料和碘含量10050μg/L的碘溶液;给予观察B组碘含量为300μg/kg的偏食饲料和碘含量20300μg/L的碘溶液。四组大鼠连续喂养24周,每周对四组大鼠进行称重。ELISA观察大鼠下腔静脉肝段内皮细胞活化情况。结果在第6、12、18、24周,对照B组、观察A组、观察B组的体重明显低于对照A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察A组和观察B组的vWFpp、vWF、ICAM-1含量和对照A组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高碘摄入会造成大鼠下腔静脉肝段内皮细胞活化,偏食会加重高碘摄入所造成大鼠下腔静脉肝段内皮细胞活化。
Objective To discuss influence of excitation of endothelial cells of hepatic segment of inferior vena cava of rats by high iodine.Methods 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups with 10 rats in each group.Administered to the control group A,iodine content of 300μg/kg of normal feed and iodine content of 5μg/L of water;administered to the control group B iodine content of 300μg/kg of partial eclipse feed and iodine content of 5μg/L of water;give observation A group of iodine content to 300μg/kg feed and the partial eclipse iodine content 10050μg/L of iodine solution;observation group B administered iodine content of 300μg/kg feed and the partial eclipse iodine content 20300μg/L of iodine solution.Four groups of rats fed continuously for 24 weeks every week for each group of rats were weighed.ELISA observe hepatic vein endothelial cells activation of rat inferior vena.Results At 6,12,18,24 week,group B,group A were observed body weight group B was significantly lower than the control group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group A and group B was observed the vWFpp,vWF,ICAM-1and the control content as compared to group a,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high iodine will cause the excitation of endothelial cells of hepatic segment of inferior vena cava of rats,dietary bias will aggravate the excitation of endothelial cells of hepatic segment of inferior vena cava of rats.
