摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2007年6月-2013年6月收治的椎间盘源性腰痛患者,共87例,其中男53例,女34例,年龄21-65岁,平均43.5岁。进行中西医结合保守治疗,观察临床疗效。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间6个月-5年。根据日本Nakano标准[1],优:69例,占79%;良:13例,占15%;可:5例,占6%;差:0例。结论中西医结合治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床疗效确切,能有效地解除症状。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods a retrospective of discogenic low back pain patients in our department from 2007June of-2012year in June,a total of 87cases,male 53cases,female 34cases,age 21-65years old,average 43.5years old.In the integrated traditional and Western medicine conservative treatment,clinical observation.Results all patients were followup,follow-up time of 6months-5years.According to the Japanese Nakano standard[1],and:69cases,accounting for 79%;good:13cases,accounting for 15%;5cases,accounting for 6%;poor:0cases.Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of discogenic low back pain of clinical curative effect,can effectively relieve symptoms.
