摘要
停电管理是影响供电可靠性的直接因素,高效统一的停电管理可以提高客户服务质量和供电企业整体效率。文章在营配一体化建设成果的基础上,提出了基于停电管理系统构建配电网停电研判的方案,阐述了按照不同的停电事件设计停电研判流程,在方案实现过程中基于故障信息的配电网故障定位方法。根据配电网实时状态,采用召测等手段,实现配网故障定位、客户报修处理、计划停电分析、营销停电管理。实践表明,该方案能够有效支撑配电网停电诊断,从而提高了停电管理系统的停电管理效率,保证了配电网运行的安全可靠。
As a direct factor affecting the reliability of power supply,efficient and unified outage management can effectively improve the quality of customer service and the overall efficiency of enterprises. On the basis of the operation and distribution integration construction,a scheme of building distribution network power outage judgment based on outage management system is proposed. According to the real time state of the distribution network, the fault location of the distribution network, the customer repair handling, the planned outage analysis, the marketing outage management are realized by means of calling test. According to different power outage events, the process of power outage judgment is designed, and the fault location method of distribution network based on fault information is discussed in the process of scheme realization.The practice shows that the scheme can effectively support the power outage diagnosis of distribution network, thus improving the power outage management efficiency of outage management system, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of distribution network.
