摘要
住宅的建设与居住环境的发展应是全方位的持续发展 ,这是人类协调与自然关系的重要准则 .只有以实现可持续发展的设计思路 ,才能保持融洽的生态居住环境动态平衡 ,住宅建筑才能从生态环境、改善区域城市环境和营造健康的室内环境方面得到充分的发展 .生态住宅在创造舒适的居住环境的同时应充分利用生态设计原则和节能技术 ,利用自然通风、遮阳和太阳能资源 .
It is the basic principle of harmony with mature and man that all sustainable development of building's construction and environment.With the sustainable design reason,dwellings are going to grow from ecological environment,urban regional environment and making good indoor environment from the balance dynamic state of ecological resident environment and ecological dwellings can fully use the ecological design principle and energy saving technology to make comfortable indoor environment ,and also use natural ventilation,summer shading and solar energy.
