摘要
铲刀是树木移植机的关键作业部件,目前由于缺乏铲刀下铲过程中下铲阻力的定量描述,使铲刀乃至整机的设计水平受到一定限制。本文通过对直铲或树木移植机铲刀下铲过程及受力状况的分析,应用土壤—机器系统力学的基本理论和基本研究方法,建立了该铲下铲阻力的数学模型,并由此提出了减小其下铲阻力的方法和措施。
A spade is a critical operating unit in. a tree transplanter. The design level of the spade and the tree transplanter is limited by lack of the quantitative description of spading resistance in the course of spade movement. Based on the analysis for the moving process of the spade of the straight-spade-typed tree transplanter and the forced state by applying basic theory and studying methods of the soil-machine system mechanics, mathematical models have been derived for calculating the spading resistance. And therefore, methods and steps have been put forward for descreasing it.
