摘要
本文应用气相色谱法对15种我国落叶栎栎实油中的脂肪酸组成进行了系统研究。从而确证了这些落叶栎栎实油均是以油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸为主体的7种脂肪酸组成。根据组成特征认为落叶栎类群在形态上与上述化学组成上存在一致性。并指出了少数种类所含脂肪酸组成比率上存在特异性。
In this paper,the fally acid compositions of acorn oils of 15 deciduous oaks have been examined systematically by gas chromatography. According to the results of examination, it is ascertained that these oils contain 7 kinds of fatty acids in which the oleic acid, linoleic acid and palm is I oleic acid are the main constituents. The characteristics of such chemical constituents are found to be consistent with the morphological characters of the deciduous oaks. It is also noliceable that the fatty acids composiltion in quantity of Q. aliena BL. is quite different from others.
