IDS法处理马尾松种子之原理和效果

摘要 本文分析不同质量马尾松 (PinusmassonianalLamb .)种子在同等条件下的吸、失水速率及湿培养时达到湿平衡所需时间。据此 ,用IDS法 (I =培养 [incubation],D =干燥 [drying],S =分离 [separate])对发芽率74 %、发芽势 5 7%的马尾松种子进行处理 ,剔除掉样品中死种子后 ,剩下种子的室内发芽率提高到 92 % ,发芽势提高到 81%。活力测定表明 ,IDS处理对马尾松种子活力不带来坏的影响 ,相反大幅度提高了种子活力指数。 Researches were conducted on the sucking and losing water rate of different quantity of Pinus massoniana Lamb and how long time it needed to keep balance during moister incubation under the same condition. Pinus massoniana Lamb seeds which had GP 74% and GE 57% were disposed by use of IDS technique.The GP of the other seeds in the house increased to 92% and the GE to 81% after removal of filled dead seeds from the sample.the results of vigor testing showed that IDS technique did not bring the bad influence upon the vigor of Pinus massoniana Lamb seed,and on the contrary markedly increased the vigor index.
