摘要
为了提高锭子的高速适应性 ,将传统锥型下轴承改成由径向滑动轴承及轴向推力轴承相结合的下轴承。对改进前后锭子的动态性能进行了对比分析 ,试验表明 :改进后锭子的性能有较大改善 。
Comparative analysis is done to the dynamical vibration of spindles before and after modification.The conventional cone shaped footsteps are replaced by the combination of radial oil bearing and axial plain bearing.Study shows that the improved spindles are of good performance especially in hi speed operation.
